Interactive Voice Response (IVR) National Sales Professional

Radish 2.0’s mission is to introduce and diffuse ChoiceView™, a new communications approach that eases the pain of frustrating calls to businesses. When you call a ChoiceView-equipped business, instead of hearing “Press 1 for sales,” you’ll receive visual menus and visual responses along with voice. You can transfer to a live agent and continue visual sharing plus send back your own photos and videos during the conversation. Our co-founders, including Drs. Richard A. Davis and Theresa M. Szczurek, successfully built its predecessor, Radish 1.0, and created innovative communications software that became the defacto standard used by Fortune-100 companies and integrated into Microsoft Windows and shipping in 90 percent of off-the-shelf PCs, modems, and chip sets.

Responsibilites

Your purpose as a member of Radish’s Sales Team is to successfully sell Radish Systems’ ChoiceView IVR products and services. You will:

  • Participate in the virtual sales team and report to the VP of Strategic Accounts.
  • Identify and qualify executive-level prospects to sell ChoiceView IVR products and services (hunt).
  • Actively pursue prospects, develop and close accounts.
  • Use Saleforce software to effectively manage and report on your accounts.
  • Be accountable for key weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics. Meet or exceed aggressive annual sales quota.
  • Provide guidance to product management on packaging and disseminating IVR products, and defining new services and features.

What We’re Looking For in the Right Proactive A-Player

  • Have demonstrated ability as a top-notch, over-quota IVR salesperson experienced in missionary sales.
  • Have proven success in planning, developing, implementing, and reporting on sales strategies.
  • Have many, good existing connections at the decision-maker level within the contact center marketplace.
  • Be comfortable in giving live demos and using IVR technology.
  • Be able to work virtually and in person. Be a self starter. Have passion and a can-do, positive attitude.
  • Have demonstrated ability to effectively manage social media, digital marketing, and traditional sales channels to quickly identify prospects and schedule demo meetings.
  • Have highly effective communications, negotiation, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Be able to think strategically and execute tactically with professional follow-up, within budget.
  • Have an entrepreneurial business orientation.
  • Be computer literate with office software, databases, social media, email, and the web.
  • Have the ability to prioritize, manage, and follow through on multiple projects / relationships.
  • Be able to travel as needed, estimated to be 25 percent.

Web Developer / Consultant

Radish Systems is seeking a person who is very familiar with browser-based design approaches and development tools.

Responsibilites

  • Work with senior Radish engineers to design a web-based server component that interfaces with a real-time data switch.
  • Provide a method for delivering html pages to clients without having the client take any action.
  • Provide a method for dynamically generating html pages and updating selected portions of pages.
  • Code and implement the server design.

Other Useful Attributes of the Right Candidate

  • Know how to best utilize mobile and PC / Mac browsers.
  • Know how to take advantage of HTML 5 to provide enhanced features
  • Work effectively with the Radish engineering team, both remotely and in person.

Mobile App Developer for iOS and Android Devices

Radish Systems is seeking a mobile app developer to implement new ChoiceView features and functions on both iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilites

  • Design and implement enhancements and new features and functions for the ChoiceView mobile app.
  • Fix bugs and maintain the existing iOS and Android codebases.
  • Develop a ChoiceView SDK for Android.
  • Develop a ChoiceView REST API for use by third-party mobile apps.

Other Useful Attributes of the Right Candidate

  • Have experience in developing mobile apps that use real-time, asynchronous messaging protocols.
  • Be familiar with real-time, sockets-based processing.
  • Be familiar with the standard phone/dialer app on mobile phones and understand its interactions with other apps.
  • Be familiar with encryption and compression techniques.
  • Work effectively with the Radish engineering team, both remotely and in person.

Marketing Intern

Help Radish Be Amazingly Successful! As the Marketing Intern, you’ll assist with a variety of marketing functions to help and grow Radish Systems.

Responsibilites

  • Assist with product marketing and marketing communication, including traditional and social media.
  • Assist with marketing research, including identification of potential markets and products.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM, contacts with the media, and customers.
  • Help develop and support special projects, such as a campaign to generate leads in a selected industry segment, to help attract customers to Radish Systems.

Other Useful Capabilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient writer (English grammar, spelling, customer-focused terminology) for marketing-related emails and other documents.
  • Experienced researcher, both with physical and online sources; able to synthesize information and draw useful conclusions.
  • Motivated with a sense of “start-up-entrepreneur” urgency to help company be successful.
  • Creative, willing to share ideas, and eager to find ways to improve processes and procedures.
