Radish 2.0’s mission is to introduce and diffuse ChoiceView™, a new communications approach that is transforming how people use smart mobile devices to simultaneously see and hear business transactions using ANY network, ANY phone.
Our co-founders, including Drs. Richard A. Davis and Theresa M. Szczurek, successfully built its predecessor, Radish 1.0, in the 1990s and created innovative communications software that became the defacto standard used by Fortune-100 companies, integrated into the Microsoft Windows operating system, and shipping in 90 percent of off-the-shelf PCs, modems, and chip sets.
Responsibilites
Your overall purpose as Radish’s C-level Business Development and Operations Executive and member of the executive management team is to serve as a “roll-up the sleeves” leader responsible for finding, exploring, and closing on business opportunities, including strategic partnerships which produce sales and customer base growth, thereby helping ChoiceView proliferate and Radish revenues grow. Additionally, on as needed basis on key operations efforts, you may be in a primary support role to the CEO. You will:
- Participate in Executive Team and work in partnership with other C-level team members to set strategic direction.
- Attract, close, and develop major strategic business relationships.
- Build and manage a strong, growing network of development partners building upon ChoiceView including mobile app, website, platform, Interactive Voice Response, call center, handset, and operating system partners (for example, Apple, Google, Microsoft, and others).
- Support the CEO in raising investment funds and increasing the awareness of Radish and ChoiceView in the investment community, including participation in road shows and investor presentations.
- Be accountable for key weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and deliverables; meet or exceed aggressive annual business development quota.
- Prospectively, this role may expand to directing company operations to meet budget and other financial goals and demonstrate successful execution of business strategies.
What We’re Looking for in the Right Proactive A-Player
- Proven track record and contacts recently (within last 3 years) raising funds from institutional and strategic investors.
- Exceptional strategic, forwarding-looking, and innovative perspective in the mobile/enterprise software space to help guide corporate direction.
- Experience, familiarity, and relationships with the key players, strategies, and market direction relating to mobile and enterprise communications software and technologies.
- Rolodex of contacts to jump start discussions relating to ChoiceView business opportunities in most major mobile / enterprise development communities such as Apple, Google, Facebook, etc.
- Understanding of software technology at a sufficient level to credibly represent Radish, ChoiceView, sell ChoiceView, and give ChoiceView demos.
- Success in planning, developing, and implementing business development strategies, with connections within the mobile communications, software, and/or contact center marketplaces. Be an exceptional ‘sales’ person with ability to hunt and drive revenue.
- Strong enthusiasm for problems solving, team building, and developing creative solutions for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage social media, digital marketing, and traditional business / corporate development channels to quickly identify and work with development partners.
- Ability to work virtually and in person. Be a self starter. Have passion and a can-do, positive attitude.
- Highly effective communications, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Capacity to think strategically and execute tactically with professional follow-up, within budget.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent field. MBA a plus. 10-15 years of proven entrepreneurial business experience. Strong financial management skills a plus.
- Computer literacy with office software, databases, social media, email, and the web.
- Capability to prioritize, manage, and follow through on multiple projects / relationships.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Location
Anywhere in the US near a major international airport. Must have existing equipped office.
Employment
Immediate. Radish is flexible on initial arrangement (for example, start as a consultant and grow into full-time employment or establish other mutually agreed upon structure). Mutually agreeable compensation package will be structured with a possible combination of monthly salary, commissions, equity, bonuses, etc.

Mobile App Developer for iOS and Android Devices
Radish Systems is seeking a mobile app developer to implement new ChoiceView features and functions on both iOS and Android platforms.
Responsibilites
- Design and implement enhancements and new features and functions for the ChoiceView mobile app.
- Fix bugs and maintain the existing iOS and Android codebases.
- Implement a ChoiceView SDK for Android.
Other Useful Attributes of the Right Candidate
- Have experience in developing mobile apps that use real-time, asynchronous messaging protocols.
- Be familiar with real-time, sockets-based processing.
- Be familiar with the standard phone/dialer app on mobile phones and understand its interactions with other apps.
- Be familiar with encryption and compression techniques.
- Work effectively with the Radish engineering team, both remotely and in person.
- Be a self starter. Have passion and a can-do, positive attitude with an entrepreneurial orientation.

Marketing Intern
Help Radish Be Amazingly Successful! As the Marketing Intern, you’ll assist with a variety of marketing functions to help and grow Radish Systems.
Responsibilites
- Assist with product marketing and marketing communication, including traditional and social media.
- Assist with marketing research, including identification of potential markets and products.
- Assist with updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM, contacts with the media, and customers.
- Help develop and support special projects, such as a campaign to generate leads in a selected industry segment, to help attract customers to Radish Systems.
Other Useful Capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient writer (English grammar, spelling, customer-focused terminology) for marketing-related emails and other documents.
- Experienced researcher, both with physical and online sources; able to synthesize information and draw useful conclusions.
- Motivated with a sense of “start-up-entrepreneur” urgency to help company be successful.
- Creative, willing to share ideas, and eager to find ways to improve processes and procedures.
- Independent worker and the ability to work without close supervision and meet deadlines with high quality results.
- Ideal to have experience in creating web pages and updating websites.
