News and Notes December 2017

Hello from the Radish Team!

While this is an enjoyable time of the year for many people, it can also be stressful and anxiety-producing for others. That's why we're showing an example of how ChoiceView can help in mental health counseling.

Improve Mental Health and Reduce Anxiety with ChoiceView Counseling Calls

When calling a therapeutic counselor for the first time, it's helpful for patients to both see and hear the information provided. ChoiceView offers the extra focus needed for confidential and efficient assistance. In this use case, a caller is talking with a therapeutic counselor conducting the initial intake to assess the caller's mental state. Then the counselor discusses symptoms and suggests a next step. Donate to Help Non-Profits Use ChoiceView

There's still time to make a tax-deductible donation to Clínica Tepeyac, a non-profit 501(3)(c) healthcare clinic for a medically underserved population in Denver. Your donation, with a comment saying use the funds for ChoiceView, will help Clínica Tepeyac continue its successful "Voice with Visuals" diabetes coaching as well as implement a new program that will help all patients in diabetes prevention. When you give to Clínica Tepeyac, you're not only giving back to the community and patients, you're also getting exclusive access to a special tax credit through the Denver Enterprise Zone Tax Credit program. This program makes it possible for Clínica Tepeyac to offer its donors up to a 25% tax credit on state income taxes with a charitable donation of $250 or more. Learn more at ColoradoGives.

A Top Social Venture with CO Impact Days

Radish was again selected as one of the top social ventures in Colorado and we exhibited at CO Impact Days 2017 in Denver. This event is a 3-day experiential user conference where focused investors and philanthropists gain the confidence, tools and connections they need to take action in new, powerful ways. Learn more in the Radish Media Release.

Radish featured its "voice with visuals" ChoiceView Visual IVR capability for Healthcare, Fitness and Food at the event. In the photo, Chief Impact Officer for The Colorado Health Foundation, Bruce Byington, discusses Radish opportunities with CEO Theresa Szczurek. The laptop screen indicates that 79% of users will try to avoid doing business with a company that has a "bad" IVR. (Click photo to see an enlarged view.
