Dr. Richard A. Davis
Co-Founder / Chairman and Chief Technical Officer
Dr. Davis’ personal mission for two decades has been the improvement of consumer and business transactions using voice/data technologies. In 1990, he co-founded Radish Communications Systems (now known as Radish 1.0) to invent, develop, and pioneer a new modem protocol for sending data during ordinary phone calls.
Previously, Dr. Davis held various engineering and management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories. After Radish 1.0 was acquired in 1996, he co-founded and grew several ventures with prize-winning collaboration and technical support technology.
He has an MS and Ph.D. in Engineering from Columbia University. In addition, he holds numerous patents from his work at Bell Laboratories and Radish 1.0.
Dr. Theresa M. Szczurek
Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Szczurek oversees all business operations. As co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Planning Officer of Radish 1.0, Szczurek was key in transforming the start-up into a thriving firm that sold for over $40 million. Recently, as CEO of Technology and Management Solutions, LLC she helped clients grow exponentially through strategic planning/execution, market/sales development, and organization/leadership development.
Dr. Szczurek began her career with eight years at AT&T Bell Laboratories and AT&T International, first designing and greatly improving performance of business information systems and then producing large-scale revenue growth by managing their delivery into world markets.
Dr. Szczurek wrote the Amazon-bestseller, Pursuit of Passionate Purpose, which provides her proven, step-by-step formula for success. She holds an MS in Operations Research from Stanford University and an MBA and Ph.D. in Business Administration (with a focus in Marketing and Organization Development) from the University of Colorado.
Anthony J. Brittain
Co-Founder / Chief Architect and Developer
Mr. Brittain began his career working with Seymour Cray developing supercomputers at Los Alamos and other US National Laboratories. He has over 30 years experience in developing computer software, hardware, and telecommunications products/services in entrepreneurial technology-based firms such as Scientific Software, Intercomp, and NBI. As Director of Software and Advanced Technology at RCS, he designed the Help Desk application that became an industry standard for diagnosis and repair of software on remote PCs during a phone call.
He has a BS in Applied Math and Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds numerous patents.
Tom Colamonico
Vice President Strategic Accounts
Mr. Colamonico has more than 25 years of successful multinational management experience in sales and business development of software solutions including PC based Diagnostic Tools, Communications, Security, LAN, Database, CRM, PIM, Software Development Tools and Network Administration. During the course of his career, Tom directed the development and management of strategic relationships that led to increased revenues and market share for PC-Doctor, Sykes Enterprises, Inc., Symantec, Inc. and Borland International, Inc. He has also served as a Business Development consultant to several PC software companies, ranging from startups to established growth oriented firms.
Tom holds a BME (Mechanical Engineering) from University of Detroit Mercy, has excelled in several sales leadership courses and was one of the first Table Group Affiliates.
Kim Koeller
Senior Director of Customer Experience
Ms. Koeller brings more than 25 years of global customer experience management, multi-channel contact center and IT consulting expertise. As a Global CRM Partner with Accenture and President of Horizon Group International, she has led integrated business and technology teams to deliver innovative project solutions for cross-industry clients on four continents.
An acknowledged expert on the multi-channel customer experience, Ms. Koeller has authored articles, training tools and engagement methodologies focused on customer care and CRM technologies including IVR, speech recognition, CTI, web call back and contact center applications. She has been a public speaker at hundreds of national and international conferences worldwide and is the creator of 10-plus educational mobile applications for Apple and Android devices purchased by customers in over 60 countries. Ms. Koeller earned her MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and her BA from Purdue University.
John Putnam
Marketing Manager
John Putnam specializes in mobile commerce marketing and software developer relations. He previously founded several businesses in the consumer products sector, worked in the film and theater industry, and consulted with start-ups and early-stage businesses about marketing and product development strategies.
John earned a B.A. in Environmental Chemistry from the Colorado College (2005) and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado (2012). Although he’s a mid-westerner from Michigan, he’s lived part-time in Colorado since 2000. John’s passion for new business development and new product development, as well as his drive for success, underlie the strengths he brings to Radish Systems.
