Businesses Want to Keep the Customer Happy

74 percent of business leaders say improving the customer experience is a high or critical priority, according to Forrester Research (summarized in the Wall Street Journal on 2/10/15, page R5).  The priority figure came from a survey of 2,958 global business leaders conducted by Forrester Research January through April 2014.
