John Elms is the president of Connexall USA, Inc. and an accomplished executive with twenty-plus years of senior management in the high tech-industry including several CEO roles. He has a long history of transforming organizations into profitable businesses.
As the CEO of SpectraLink Corporation, John transformed the Nasdaq-listed company from a US direct-selling entity into a global player selling through leading telecom manufacturers including Alcatel, Avaya, Nortel and Siemens. During his three-year tenure as CEO, John doubled revenues at the then fourteen year old enterprise from $71 to $145 million leading to the successful sale of the company to Polycom at a 30-plus percent premium.
With extensive international experience, John was the regional director for PictureTel based in Hong Kong, then an entrepreneur of his own manufacturing enterprise in Tianjin, China, and most recently was CEO of Beijing-based Azalea Networks. Among other accomplishments, John successfully merged KIRK Telecom with SpectraLink’s London-based organization and immediately established critical mass in Europe for what was then a mainly US-focused company.
