Margaret “Meg” Hansson espoused an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to help others succeed from an early age. Beginning at age ten selling soda pop on the street, she went on to found eight start-ups including Gerry Baby Products Company (formerly Gerico, Inc.), now a division of Evenflo with annual sales over $160 million.
She is currently president and CEO of adrop LLC, a water purification company. In 1997 Ms. Hansson co-founded ERTH Technologies, Inc. that develops and commercializes technologies in the wastewater treatment and destruction markets. Ms. Hansson has been Chairman of the Board of PureCycle Corporation, a publicly-held water treatment technology and water rights company.
A highly awarded entrepreneur, Ms. Hansson has served on many boards including ISI Income Growth and Trust Funds, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Colorado, Wells Fargo Banks of Colorado, Staodynamics, Inc., Children’s World, Inc., Outlast Technologies, and others. She has also served on non-profit boards including The Madeira School, Colorado Business Resources, Colorado Technology Incubator (now CTEK), and many others. Ms. Hansson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch College.
