Instructions

1. Call the Aetna Member Services number on your ID card. 
   Lost your card?
2. Tell the Aetna Representative you have the ChoiceView for Aetna mobile app.
3. When instructed, tap Start.

Troubleshooting

Try any of the following steps and then try the app again:

• Turn on your WiFi, connect to a network for data, and confirm the connection at a web page.

• Call from any other available phone, but first you must enter the app’s settings, save the alternate phone’s number, and then dial from that phone.

• Try using a VoIP app to call from your number; make sure it has a caller ID with your mobile number and can dial regular phone numbers.
